Ciastoń reveals the secrets hidden beneath the asphalt - human skeletons, legends, and mysteries.

What happened to the sections of road that at one point simply disappeared? What were the snow notebooks? And do the same species of butterflies still fly above the motorway today as those watched by children on a summer day just a few years after the war?

This moving, minimalist essay is accompanied by hauntological photographs in which the motorway transforms into a work of art.
